Returning is as simple as buying
Returns in 3 steps
- Write to us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your parcel — just include the order number and a note that you are withdrawing from the contract. No reason needed.
- Send the product back to the address we provide in our reply (the 8merch warehouse in the EU) within 14 days of your notice.
- Get your money back — we refund the payment, including the cheapest delivery option offered, within 14 days, using the same payment method.
The only statutory exception: sealed recordings (vinyl, CD, cassette, VHS, Blu-ray) cannot be returned under the withdrawal right once the seal is opened — but you can always make a complaint if they are faulty.

Complaints
- We are liable for the conformity of goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery.
- Write to [email protected]: order number, description of the issue, photos if possible. We reply within 14 days.
- Transport damage: if possible, photograph the packaging before opening — it speeds up the process.
