§ 1. Seller

The Echo Tapes online store is operated by CRYSTAL LAKE GROUP Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Batalionu AK "Karpaty" 1A/47, 00-712 Warszawa, Poland, VAT ID PL5214036251, KRS no. 0001057914 (the "Seller").

§ 2. Orders

• Orders are placed by adding products to the cart and paying in the secure checkout operated by Shopify.
• The sales contract is concluded when the order confirmation e-mail is sent.
• No account is required to place an order.

§ 3. Prices and payments

• Prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.
• The price shown at the time of ordering is binding; for discounted products we show the lowest price from the 30 days before the discount.
• Payments: payment cards, BLIK and other methods available at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.

§ 4. Delivery

• Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our logistics partner 8merch from a warehouse in the European Union. We ship across Europe and worldwide.
• Estimated dispatch time: up to 5 business days from payment.
• Items marked as pre-order ship on the release date given on the product page; orders combined with a pre-order ship in full on the release date.

§ 5. Withdrawal from the contract (returns)

• Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving any reason.
• Withdrawing is as simple as buying: just send an e-mail to [email protected] (you may use the form, but it is not obligatory).
• We refund the payment (including the cheapest delivery option offered) within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method.
• The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer. We provide the return address when confirming the return.
• Statutory exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to audio and video recordings delivered in sealed packaging if the seal was removed after delivery (art. 38(9) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

§ 6. Complaints

• The Seller is liable for the conformity of goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery.
• Complaints are submitted by e-mail to [email protected] — describe the issue and attach photos where possible. We reply within 14 days.
• If a complaint is accepted: repair, replacement, price reduction or refund — in accordance with the rules on conformity of goods with the contract.

§ 7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including municipal/district consumer ombudsmen and the European Commission ODR platform.
